This guide will highlight:
- How The Objectionable Content Filter Works
- How To Monitor Any Errors On Your Site
This area of the dashboard is designed to help make you aware of possible errors on your site and to keep you updated on Google and Ezoic platform changes.
During testing, the Ezoic system will monitor page content and detect language that could be classed as “objectionable” by Google’s Policy Guidelines.
The system will stop ads from being shown on these pages in order to protect your site from terms of service violations from AdSense or other Ad Partners. These corresponding page URLs are then listed under “Objectionable Content” to help you monitor which words to watch out for.
If you would like ads to show on these pages, please consider revising the content to remove the words listed and any controversial content.
The report shows occurrences of controversial content within the last 30 days. Once you update your site and remove this content, it will no longer appear in the report for the following 30 days.
The Ezoic platform is constantly changing to be able to offer more services and tools to inform your own tests. Each time a feature is added or changed, you can find it listed under Monitoring > Ezoic Platform Updates.
As we always appreciate customer feedback on the service we provide, please feel free to suggest extra features you’d like to see added by going to the “Request features” section at the top right corner of your dashboard.
Here you'll find a list of any errors occurring on your site, and the corresponding URLs. This will give you insight into the types of errors on your site and how often they occur.
To view this report in your Ezoic account, look under Monitoring > Error Pages.
