If you make any changes to your DNS, or switch hosts, these changes will need to be updated in your Ezoic account to reflect the zone files at your host exactly.
Below are instructions for how to access the DNS manager/ zone editor (how this is referred to varies from host to host), to retrieve a list of your DNS records / zone files.
A full list should typically include record types such as A, CNAME, MX, TXT, and host names such as “@”, “webmail”, "www".
You can update these at Ezoic in your dashboard by going to Settings > Advanced > DNS, or you can take a screenshot of the FULL list at your host and send to email@example.com and a member of our team will be able to update these in your Ezoic account!
