We’ve updated the Overview Page to help you gain access to powerful insights into how your video content is performing based on every source you have enabled. Your Overview page is the place to go to get an understanding of performance, metrics, and trends so that you can discover opportunities to optimize your video experience for success.

Enable

New to Humix? Welcome. You’re in the right place to begin making your video content seen by your audience and expand into new opportunities with video-sharing service options.

Click “Get Started” to begin the process. You’ll need to read and accept the Humix Terms of Service by clicking on the hyperlink; mark the checkbox that you have done so and then click “Accept” to continue.

Then you'll see three options that are on by default as they are configurations that maximize your revenue and grow your audience. These options include:

• “Auto-Insert My Videos” - which allows Humix to automatically insert your uploaded videos onto your website
• “Auto-Insert Relevant Videos” - which allows Humix to show relevant videos from Humix.com on your website
• “Share My Videos” - which allows you to send your uploaded videos to Humix.com to be used by other websites
Click “Enable” to complete the process.



Quick Actions

Add Video - launches the new video upload flow. Further instructions can be found here.


Manage Videos - launches to your Humix Studio to see all your uploaded videos where you can make updates to your video content

Coming Soon – we’re already working on another quick action button called “Insert Video” that will provide you with an easy, quick way to place video onto your website. Stay tuned.

Performance Overview

All Videos
If you have enabled “auto-insert relevant videos” and “share my videos” you will see three total sections rolled up into this top section.

All Videos will show you your last 30 days combined revenue and plays from all video sources, and what % change has occurred since the previous 30 days

On the right, you’ll see a bar chart that shows you how your earnings and plays have changed over the last 7 months. Remember, this is a combined sum of all your video sources; you can see individual sources in the sections below.


My Videos

If you have enabled “share my videos” you will see two sections rolled up into this section; My Site and My Shared.

Use the toggle on the right to filter what is shown:


• “Both” will combine My Site & My Shared
• “My Site” will only show your video uploads used on your website
• “My Shared” will only show your videos shared to Humix.com


Revenue and Plays will again show you the last 30 days with a % comparison to the previous 30 days

You will also see how many uploads you have, and how many have been shared to Humix.com (if enabled). This is particularly useful to see if you missed sharing a video.

On the right, you’ll see a stacked chart that represents the Earnings & Plays (for the last 30 days) from those video sources.





Network Videos

If you have enabled “auto-insert relevant videos” you will see data in this section for those third-party videos.

Revenue and Plays will again show you the last 30 days with a % comparison to the previous 30 days.

You will also see how many ads were displayed and what the watch time has been for those third-party network videos.

On the right, you’ll see a chart that represents how much that video source has made in Earnings and Plays (for the last 30 days)






Source Comparison

The last section has a Top Trending Videos list to the left & an interactive chart for revenue and plays on the right.

Use the toggle bar to filter the view for both the list and the chart:


• “All Videos” will combine every video source you have
• “My Site” will only show your video uploads used on your website
• “My Shared” will only show your videos shared to Humix.com
• “Third-Party” will only show videos inserted from Humix.com
The Top Trending Videos list is sortable (default is ascending order), which gives you information about what videos are being played the most and from which source (My Site, My Shared, or Third-Party).


The interactive chart will allow you to update the Values (Revenue or Plays) and display those on a Daily or Monthly range. You also have the ability to compare a selected value by clicking on “this week versus last week”, or “this month versus last month”, which will show you a side-by-side comparison.

• The legend in the bottom left corner will be your guide to know what source those videos are from.
• Click the “Go To Big Data Analytics” link at the bottom of the chart to see further details from Humix in your analytics dashboard.
