Compliance and Quality Checklist for Ezoic Monetization

Introduction

This checklist will take you through the requirements to monetize your website with us.

Connect to Ezoic via Javascript
- Wordpress sites can us Javascript integration via Wordpress.
Have an ads.txt file that includes Ezoic reseller information.
Non-Ezoic ads must be removed.
Site must be approved for Google Ad Manager.
Enter correct site category information, description, and logo in Ezoic settings.

Include a high quality About/Author page, linked in the menu.
Author identity and perspective must be consistent across: article bylines, About page, and social profiles.
Articles must have author bylines.
Maintain visual and tone consistency across website, social platforms, and video channels.
Only link to social media accounts you own and control.
Domain name should reflect site identity and be spelled correctly.

Have a clear, easy-to-navigate menu.
Each category must have at least 10 articles/recipes.
Articles should not overlap across categories.
Articles must be correctly categorized (e.g on a home decor site “Coastal Bathroom Ideas” should not appear under "Kitchen”).
Top-level menus should reflect logical groupings (ex: breakfast, lunch, dinner on recipe sites)

Homepages should provide a meaningful point of entry to the site
Show a publish date
Articles + titles should be unique — no duplicates or near-duplicates
Content should be original
Content should comply with Google’s content policies
Fix spelling and grammar mistakes, fact-check, and ensure coherence
Provide content depth to add value
Avoid keyword stuffing
Images and videos must be high quality and match the article topic
Images should not be repeated through / between articles, and must be high quality and positioned logically on the page
