Linking AdSense to Ezoic

To allow AdSense to compete in the Ezoic ecosystem, you must first authorize the connection.

1. In your Ezoic dashboard, navigate to EzoicAds > Ad Integration.

2. In the "Link Your AdSense Account" section, enter your AdSense email address and click "Email Link."

   • Note: If you do not have an AdSense account yet, use the email address associated with your Google Ad Manager MCM application.

3. Check your email for an invitation from Google AdSense and follow the instructions to accept the link.

Setting Up AdSense Mediation

After the accounts are linked, you must enable AdSense in your mediation settings to start the bidding process.

1. Go to the Mediation section of your dashboard.

3. Enter your details. Crucial: The email, phone number, and zip code you enter here must exactly match the details in your Google AdSense account settings.

Monitoring Mediation Earnings

• Impression-Level Competition: Ezoic’s AI evaluates every impression in real-time. If AdSense offers a higher bid than Ezoic’s ad partners, the AdSense ad is served.

• Payment: Revenue won by AdSense is paid directly to you by Google AdSense via your AdSense account. These earnings are not included in your Ezoic payment and will show up in the Mediation column in your Earnings Dashboard.

Removing AdSense Link

If you decide to stop using AdSense Mediation, you must remove the authorization from the Google side:

1. Sign in to your Google AdSense account.

2. Go to Account > Access and Authorization > Third Parties.

3. Locate Ezoic in the list and click "Remove manager from account."

4. Once confirmed, Ezoic will no longer have access to your AdSense account, and AdSense will stop competing in the mediation auction.

Why is my AdSense Mediation status still "Pending"?

• Auction Dynamics: AdSense Mediation often remains "Pending" until AdSense actually wins a bid and serves its first impression. If Ezoic’s partners are currently outbidding AdSense for all your traffic, the status will stay pending.

• Information Mismatch: Ensure your zip code and phone number in the mediation settings match your AdSense profile exactly.

Do I need an AdSense account to use Ezoic?

No. However, allowing AdSense to compete via AdSense Mediation is a "best of both worlds" strategy—it forces Ezoic’s partners to pay more to beat your AdSense rates.

4. Why weren't my Mediation earnings included in my payment from Ezoic?
   • Earnings from Mediation will be paid to you by the ad networks in your individual ad network account. For example, any Mediation earnings from AdSense will be paid to you by Google AdSense and they will show in your AdSense account.
