Steps

1. Log in to your Ezoic Dashboard.

2. Navigate to the "Ezoic Account Details" section.

3. Ensure that you have 'opted-in' to all email notifications by following the required settings indicated in the screenshot.

4. To prevent emails from being misdirected to spam/junk folders or blocked altogether, whitelist the ezoic.com domain via your email service settings. Here are the steps for some popular email service providers:

For Google/Gmail:
  1. Log in to your Gmail account and click on the 'gear' or settings icon.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select 'Settings.'
  3. Go to 'Filters and blocked addresses' and scroll down to find 'Create a new filter.'
  4. Add 'ezoic.com' to the 'From' field. This will allow all emails from @ezoic.com to reach your inbox.
  5. Click 'Never send it to Spam,' then press 'Save.'
For Yahoo Mail:
  1. Log in to Yahoo Mail.

For AOL:

  3. Select 'Custom Sender' and then 'Allow Email From.'
  4. Enter 'ezoic.com,' then click 'Add' and 'Save.'

Alternatively, add @ezoic.com to your contacts list by 'Adding a Contact' for ezoic.com.

For iCloud:
  1. Log in to iCloud Mail.
  2. Select 'Contacts,' then the "+" button, and create a 'New Contact.'
  3. Enter 'ezoic.com' as the email address and select 'Done.'
For Outlook:
  1. Log in to Outlook mail.
  2. Select 'Safe Senders settings' and enter '@ezoic.com.'
  3. Select 'Save.'

    • Yahoo Mail:
      • Issue: Emails from Ezoic might be blacklisted or sent to spam.
