1. Log in to your Ezoic Dashboard.
2. Navigate to the "Ezoic Account Details" section.
3. Ensure that you have 'opted-in' to all email notifications by following the required settings indicated in the screenshot.
4. To prevent emails from being misdirected to spam/junk folders or blocked altogether, whitelist the ezoic.com domain via your email service settings. Here are the steps for some popular email service providers:
For Google/Gmail:
- Log in to your Gmail account and click on the 'gear' or settings icon.
- From the drop-down menu, select 'Settings.'
- Go to 'Filters and blocked addresses' and scroll down to find 'Create a new filter.'
- Add 'ezoic.com' to the 'From' field. This will allow all emails from @ezoic.com to reach your inbox.
- Click 'Never send it to Spam,' then press 'Save.'
For Yahoo Mail:
- Log in to Yahoo Mail.
- Select the 'Contacts' icon and add 'ezoic.com' as the Sender/From field.
- Save your changes.
To unblock an already blacklisted/denied email address:
- Log in to Yahoo Mail.
- Select the 'Settings' icon and then 'More Settings.'
- Go to 'Security and Privacy' and search for @ezoic.com addresses.
- Scroll over the email address, then select the 'Delete' icon/option next to the address.
For AOL:
- Log in to AOL Mail.
- From your inbox, select 'Spam Controls,' which shows a pop-up 'Mail and Spam Controls.'
- Select 'Custom Sender' and then 'Allow Email From.'
- Enter 'ezoic.com,' then click 'Add' and 'Save.'
Alternatively, add @ezoic.com to your contacts list by 'Adding a Contact' for ezoic.com.
For iCloud:
- Log in to iCloud Mail.
- Select 'Contacts,' then the "+" button, and create a 'New Contact.'
- Enter 'ezoic.com' as the email address and select 'Done.'
For Outlook:
- Log in to Outlook mail.
- Select 'Safe Senders settings' and enter '@ezoic.com.'
- Select 'Save.'
Following these steps ensures you will receive all important Ezoic emails without them being blocked or sent to spam/junk folders.
