Importing Subscribers
To import your existing subscriber list to open.video, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access Your Audience Dashboard: Navigate to the "Audience" section in your open.video dashboard. This is where you'll manage all subscriber-related activities.

Step 2: Upload Your Subscriber File: Click the "Upload Subscribers" button to begin the import process.
Step 3: Select Your File: Choose the file containing your subscriber list from your device. open.video supports multiple file formats to ensure compatibility with your existing data.
Step 4: Configure File Settings: Your file must be in one of the following formats: CSV, Excel (.xlsx), or Excel (.xls). When uploading, specify the header name of the column containing email addresses in the "Email Column Header" box to ensure open.video correctly identifies and imports the email addresses.

Exporting Subscribers
To download your current subscriber list from open.video:
