Change Name Servers at NEUBOX

Steps

1. Before you do anything else, please check that Ezoic's copy of your site's DNS records matches those at your host as per the instructions here.

2. Enter your customer panel at: https://clientes.NEUBOX.com/clientarea.php.

3. Here you will see the menu with different options. Place the pointer on Domains and click on My Domains.

4. Here you can see the list of your active, canceled, and expired domains. There are two ways to manage a domain:

    • By clicking on the tool icon.
    • By clicking on the arrow next to the tool icon and then the Manage Nameservers shortcut.

5. In this section, you will see different options. To manage the DNS, click on Nameservers

6. Enter the custom name servers provided in your Ezoic Dashboard. You can find these under Settings > Connection > Nameservers > View Instructions.

7. Click Change Nameservers to save the changes.

Please allow up to 48 hours for all changes to take full effect.
