You can now easily embed your own videos and playlists directly onto your site without the WordPress plugin widget.

1. If you are still in the process of uploading videos to embed, want to embed a playlist, or don't have a specific video you want to embed but want to embed the player in a particular location, please select "Embed Video" and follow the embedding steps in this article. 

2. If you have specific videos uploaded and ready to be embedded, proceed to the Manage Videos section. 

3. This will direct you to the Studio tab of your Humix dashboard where this option will show the embed code for each video.  You need to hover over the desired video in the list, then click on the brackets icon to bring up the code for embedding.

4. From here, you can click the Copy button and you will have the Embed Code ready to paste into your Custom HTML editor in WordPress, or into the desired page's HTML if your site is built with a different CMS:

*Optional: You can Customize the Embed Code here by clicking on the dropdown menu.

5. Revisit your WordPress Custom HTML block and paste the embed code directly in the box:

6. Select Preview to see how the video displays on the Post:

That’s it! You've successfully embedded a Humix video on your website. Visitors to your site will now be able to watch the video directly from your page.

How to Add Videos/Playlists: With the Humix WordPress plugin

The Humix WordPress plugin can add videos directly to your posts as well. We will follow a similar process when you’re in your WordPress as well as the Ezoic dashboards:

1. Log into your WordPress account and select Posts

2. Add Block (recommended) by either clicking the plus sign when the icon appears or by clicking enter above the position you wish to place the video. Type / to choose a block is what will appear after clicking enter. 

Both options will take you here after clicking Humix block. 

Here you will see options for video/playlist URLs, auto-select, and efficient ways to add to other posts based on content and categories. 

3. If you need the URL, visit Humix.com or your Humix studio to select another video (or playlist) URL that you want to show on your post. Click on the Share icon at the bottom of the video and copy the Humix.com URL. 

4. If you are satisfied with how the video appears on your website, you can publish the Post to set the newly embedded video live. And you’re done!
