Introduction
Revenue Dashboards give you a way to build clean, branded views of your Ezoic performance that you can share with anyone: your team, your business partners, or yourself on a wall-mounted monitor. You pick the metrics that matter to you, arrange them the way you want, and add your own logo and brand colors so the report looks like it belongs to your site.
You can build separate dashboards for different audiences (a high-level summary for a business partner, a detailed daily view for yourself, a monthly total for your accountant) and organize each one into tabs. Templates cover the most common layouts so you're not starting from scratch, and you can drop in any report you've already saved inside Big Data Analytics.
Dashboards live at revdash.com by default. If you'd like them to live under your own domain instead, you can publish them at a subdomain like reports.yoursite.com or a fully custom domain of your choice.
Overview
Getting to Revenue Dashboards
Open Big Data Analytics from your Ezoic dashboard and click the Revenue Dashboard link at the top of the page. That opens revdash.com already signed in with your Ezoic account.
Building Your First Dashboard
- Click New Dashboard from the Revenue Dashboard home screen.
- Pick a template to start from or begin with a blank dashboard. Templates cover common views like a business summary, a daily performance snapshot, and monthly revenue totals.
- Drag widgets onto the canvas. Widgets include revenue trends over time, top pages, EPMV, traffic source breakdowns, and any report you've saved inside Big Data Analytics.
- Use tabs if you want more than one view inside a single dashboard. For example, one tab for a big-picture summary and another for daily details.
- Add your branding under dashboard settings: upload your logo and pick your brand colors.
- Save your dashboard.
Sharing Your Dashboard
Every dashboard can be shared three ways:
- On revdash.com at the default URL, which is the fastest option.
- On a subdomain of your site such as
reports.yoursite.comso the dashboard shows up on your own domain. - On a fully custom domain if you want the URL to belong entirely to your own brand.
You control access per dashboard, so you can share a specific dashboard with a specific person without giving them access to anything else.
FAQs
Who has access to Revenue Dashboards?
Every Ezoic publisher. There's no additional cost and no tier requirement.
Can I create more than one dashboard?
Yes. Most publishers set up separate dashboards for different purposes: one for their own daily check-ins, one to share with a business partner, one for accounting at the end of the month. Each dashboard has its own tabs, widgets, branding, and sharing settings.
Can I display a dashboard on a monitor in my office?
Yes. Open the dashboard URL in a browser on the monitor and leave it running. Dashboards refresh on their own so the numbers stay current throughout the day.
How often do the numbers update?
Revenue Dashboards pull from the same data as Big Data Analytics, which refreshes daily. Widgets that support live-updating use the same refresh cadence as the underlying reports.
Can I use the reports I've already saved in Big Data Analytics?
Yes. Any saved Big Data Analytics report can be added as a widget on any dashboard, no rebuilding required.
What if I want a widget or metric that isn't available yet?
Reach out through support with what you'd like to see. If it's a common request, we'll look at adding it.
