Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues while integrating with Ezoic via name server integration at Pair Domains, here are some common problems and their solutions:

  1. Name Server Changes Not Propagating:
    • Issue: After changing your name servers at Pair Domains, it might seem like the changes are not taking effect.
    • Solution: Keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours for the integration to fully propagate. If it has been over 24 hours, double-check that you have entered the Ezoic name servers correctly. Ensure there are no typos or extra spaces. You can also use online DNS propagation check tools to see if the changes are being reflected globally.
  2. Site Not Working After Integration:
    • Issue: Your site is down or not functioning correctly after completing the name server changes.
    • Solution: If the error is consistent, verify that the name servers are correctly entered and that Ezoic's copy of your site's DNS record matches those at Pair Domains. If the error is intermittent, consider the solutions listed here.

For any persistent issues, you may need to reach out to Pair Domains' or Ezoic's Support teams for further assistance.
