Introduction

Welcome to our guide on changing your Ezoic account details. Whether you need to update your password, change your email address, enable two-factor authentication, manage your email notifications, switch your monetization plan, or change your preferred account language, this article will provide you with step-by-step instructions to help you make these changes smoothly. Our goal is to ensure that managing your account is easy and straightforward, so you can focus on maximizing your site's performance with Ezoic.

Steps

  1. Select the Icon in the top right of your Ezoic Dashboard.
  2. Select "Ezoic Account Details."

Once in the Account Details section, you can edit your information as follows:

Update Email:

    • Enter your new email address.
    • Input your Ezoic password.
    • Save the changes.
    • Note: Use this step instead of creating a new account for a different email address. Creating a new account will result in the loss of all testing data when transferring the site, which may impact revenue.

Update Password:

    • Enter your current password.
    • Choose a new password and confirm it.
    • Save the changes.

In case you have forgotten your password, click on the forgot password button on the login page and follow the instructions there:

Note: Once you verify the updated email details, you can resume your activities on your account.

Update Two-Factor Authentication:

To update your Two-Factor Authentication Settings, scroll to 'Login' information and select 'Two Factor Settings'. Here, you can adjust your current setup and settings to your needs. 

Email Notifications:

Select the notifications you wish to receive by toggling the corresponding buttons.

Plan:

Change your Ezoic Monetization plan at any time. For more details, refer to the plans available.

Preferred Account Language:

Choose your preferred language for the Ezoic dashboard display. The currently available languages are English, Français, and Deutsch.

After making any changes, you will receive an email from us to verify the updates.
