Link AdSense to Ezoic

1. Login to the Ezoic publisher dashboard

2. Navigate to "Ezoic Ads" > "Ad Integration"

3. In the "Link Your AdSense Account" setion, enter your AdSense email address, enter it again to confirm it, and click "Email Link"

• If you do not have an AdSense account set up yet, enter the email address you used for Google Ad Manager Multiple Customer Management

4. Then login to your email, and you should have received a message from Google AdSense inviting you to link AdSense with Ezoic

5. Follow the instructions within the email to accept the invitation

Setting up the Mediation App

1. This should be done automatically after the AdSense account is linked.

2. If you link AdSense and then go to the Mediation section and see a green button that says "Add Network" next to "Google AdSense," click that button and fill out the information required.

3. If a few days go by and you don't see any revenue from Mediation showing in the dashboard after linking AdSense and setting up Mediation, you can reach out to Ezoic Support for assistance at support.ezoic.com

Viewing Mediation Earnings

1. On the homepage of the Ezoic dashboard, click the "View Earnings Report" button

Removing the Link Between AdSense and Ezoic

1. If you would like to remove the link, you will need to login to your AdSense account

2. Go to "Settings" > "Access and Authorization" > "Third Parties"

3. You should see a section that says Ezoic. Click the blue "Remove manager from account" link

Common issues users might encounter and their solutions:

1. Unable to Link AdSense Account:
   • Make sure you entered the correct AdSense email address into the Ezoic dashboard.
   • When accepting the invite, make sure the link takes you to your AdSense account and not another Google account.
   • Check your spam/junk folder for the invite email from Google AdSense.
   • If the invite was sent by an Ezoic representative, verify the link provided is correct.
2. Issues with Mediation App:
   
   • Make sure you entered your AdSense details correctly when connecting ad networks.
   • If you previously used a different phone number or zip code with AdSense, try using the original number, not the current one.
   • Verify that all desired ad networks are added and saved correctly.
3. No Reporting Data Pulled into Ezoic:
   • Confirm that the Mediation App is enabled.
   • Make sure your AdSense account and other ad networks are properly linked.

1. Do I need to link my AdSense account to Ezoic to use Ezoic?
   • No, you do not need an AdSense account to use Ezoic. If you have an AdSense account, you do not need to link it to Ezoic in order to use Ezoic. However, linking your AdSense account allows our system to access the data gathered by AdSense, leading to better optimizations faster, as there is a foundation for our system to build off of.
2. What is Mediation?
   • Mediation allows you to link your existing ad networks, including AdSense, with Ezoic.  Ad networks that are set up in Mediation will compete with Ezoic’s own ad partners for the advertising inventory on your website.
3. What are the benefits of Mediation?
   • Allowing your existing ad networks to compete with Ezoic for ad inventory guarantees you the best paying ads.
   • Dilution from testing poorer-performing ad combinations is lessened because the system will be using your own AdSense ads as the baseline.
   • There is zero revenue share - it costs you nothing.
   • You can remove access at any time.
4. Why weren't my Mediation earnings included in my payment from Ezoic?
   • Earnings from Mediation will be paid to you by the ad networks in your individual ad network account. For example, any Mediation earnings from AdSense will be paid to you by Google AdSense and they will show in your AdSense account.
