How to Add or Change Your Payment Method

Introduction

Managing your payment method is crucial for ensuring uninterrupted access to certain services, such as Ezoic Premium. This article will guide you through the process of adding or changing your payment method, ensuring you can effortlessly manage your billing preferences. Whether you are setting up a new credit card or updating an existing one, follow the simple steps outlined to keep your payment information current and accurate.

Steps

  1. Click the user icon in the upper right corner, then select 'Billing & Payments'. Next, click on the 'Charges' tab in the payments dashboard.




  2. If you have previously chosen a payment method, it will be displayed here. If not, you will see the message 'Please Add a Credit Card'.

  3. To add a payment method, click the green 'Add Payment Method' button. 


  4. Clicking the 'Add Payment Method' button will redirect you to a secure page where you can add your credit card details. When you're done, click "Register Card" to save the payment information.

  5.  You can always add more than one card by clicking the green 'Add Payment Method' button again. You can also choose which card you would like as your default card, and you can always change this at a later date

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues while adding or changing your payment method, here are some steps you can take to resolve them:

  1. Error Message When Adding Card: If you receive an error message when trying to add your credit card details, ensure that all the information entered is correct, including card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Double-check for any typos.
  2. Card Not Accepted: If your card is not accepted, make sure it meets the service's requirements (e.g., is it a supported card type?). Also, check with your bank to ensure there are no restrictions or holds on your card.
  3. Unable to Access 'Billing & Payments': If you cannot access the 'Billing & Payments' section, ensure you are logged in with the correct user account. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, or try accessing the site using a different browser.
  4. Failed Redirection to Secure Page: If you are not redirected to the secure page to add your card details, check for any browser pop-up blockers that might be preventing the redirection. Disable any such blockers temporarily and try again.
  5. Default Card Not Changing: If you are unable to change your default card, ensure you have added multiple cards to select from. If the issue persists, try logging out and logging back in before attempting again.
