Introduction

As your web business grows, you may need to grant access to team members, SEO consultants, or accounting staff. Ezoic allows you to add additional users with customized permission levels, ensuring that your team has the data they need without compromising your site's core security or monetization settings.

Steps

1. Accessing the User Manager

  1. Click the Profile/Dropdown menu in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Privacy & Security and then click Manage Users.

2. Adding a New User

  1. In the Manage Users section, click the Add User button.

  2. Enter the Email Address for the new user.

  3. Set a temporary Password (the user can change this upon their first login).

  4. Select the Access Level

    • Administrator: Full access to all dashboard functions, monetization settings, and Big Data Analytics with edit capabilities.

    • Read Only: Allows the user to view reports and tool settings but prevents them from making any changes. This is ideal for external auditors or stakeholders.

    • Limited Access: A customizable role where you can pick specific tools (e.g., only EzoicAds or only Big Data Analytics) and assign either read-only or read/write permissions for those specific modules.

  5. If choosing Limited Access, check the boxes for the specific tools the user should be able to see.

  6. Click Save.

3. Editing or Removing Users

  1. Return to the Manage Users screen.

  2. Locate the user in the list.

  3. Click the Edit icon to change permissions or the Trash/Remove icon to revoke their access entirely.

  4. Changes take effect immediately upon saving.
