Google Ad Manager ID and Address Verification Guide

, all new publishers using Google Ad Manager must verify their identity and address to monetize their ad inventory with Ezoic. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to complete the verification process, ensuring you can start showing ads as quickly as possible.

Step-by-Step Verification Process:



1. Identity Verification:


- Sign in to your Google Ad Manager account.

- Navigate to Payments > Verification Check.

- Under Identity Verification, follow the on-screen instructions.

- Verification takes up to 2 days. You will receive a confirmation email and a notification in your dashboard once it's completed.

2. Address Verification:


- After identity verification, a PIN will be mailed to the address you provided, which can take several weeks.

- Once received, sign in and navigate to Payments > Verification Check.

- Enter your PIN under Address Verification and submit it.

- You must verify your address within 45 days to continue monetization.

What happens if Google cannot verify my ID?


If Google is not able to verify your ID, you will be invited to resubmit documents. Please note that you can only resubmit documents a limited number of times. 

Once an ID is verified, you will receive notice via email as well as in the AdManager Dashboard.

How do I verify my address?

Google will send an email letting you know that a PIN was sent to the address used to verify your ID. This may take several hours and is not immediate.

Once you receive your PIN via mail:

1. Sign in to Google Ad Manager.

2. Click Payments, and then Verification check.

3. Under “address verification,” enter your PIN and hit Submit.

Where will Google send my address verification mail?


Google will send the PIN verification to the address you provided when verifying your address. You can use either the address on your submitted ID, or a permanent address you provide to Google Ad Manager.

Does the address on my ID need to match the address on my Ad Manager payment profile?


No, the address on your ID does not need to match the address on your Ad Manager payment profile as you can also submit your permanent address.

How long do I have to verify my address?


Google gives you 45 days to verify your address via PIN verification.

What happens if I do not receive my PIN?


Google allows you to request a replacement PIN, three weeks after the original PIN was issued.

1. Sign in to Google Ad Manager.

2. Click Payments > Verification check.

3. Under “Address verification,” click Resend PIN.


Can I change my address in Google Ad Manager?

Will Google notify me to complete the verification process?


Yes, Google will notify you to complete the ID and PIN verification via email (with the email coming from Google payments).

The Google AdManager Dashboard will also prompt you to complete verification via a small red banner.

You will also be notified by Ezoic via your dashboard to complete the ID and PIN verification.

The documents you submit to Google must:


1. Use the same full name/ID that your Google Ad Manager Account uses (documents using other IDs may result in account suspension)

2. Be current and not expired

3. Capture the entire document, the photo should be readable, in focus, and free of reflections and glare (incomplete, unreadable, dark, or blurry documents will not be accepted.
